The first play of the acclaimed creator Giorgos Kapoutzidis, which was written in 2019 and is still a huge success on the Greek stage, is presented at the New Stage of THOK, directed by Yiannis Paraskevopoulos.

“Anyone who wants to divorce… raise your hand” is a comedy that masterfully depicts our modern present through authentic, everyday moments, starring young people struggling to find their footing in a fluid world full of denial and cancellations.

A work that talks about the love that floods as soon as mobile screens are broken.

Endowed with plenty of humor as well as directness, boldness and realism, the play touches on issues such as commitment, sexuality, loneliness, faith and freedom of choice.

Yiannis Paraskevopoulos serves the author’s disarmingly direct speech, highlighting his penetrating social outlook. He is joined by a dynamic group of actors, who illuminate all the dimensions of the delightful characters.
